\nProject Conceptualization
\nSound knowledge of Redevelopment By-laws & DCR Regulations
\nAnalyses and calculates the area identified for the future project and drafts the end product design to be presented to the customer
\nTranslates design ideas into design briefs to be handed over to design consultants and architects
\nMaximum FSI
\nAcceptability of designs by the customer
\nAppointment of Consultants
\nAppoints the consultants basis analysis of proposals.
\nBriefs the consultant on the project requirements, expectations and timelines
\nTimely appointment
\nNo cost over runs
\nProject Coordination
\nEffectively collaborates with various teams i.e - liaison, projects, sales etc
\nBuilds consistency of product specifications in GFA, GFC and Sales brochures to ensure zero deviation between the concept, product and the sales pitch
\nAcquires approvals for design and resources such as materials for project construction
\nTracks project progress and takes correctional action with respect to design (if any)
\nAttends to and mitigates any queries put forth during the construction process
\nTimely approvals & delivery
