Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes of meetings (MOM).
\n - \n
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
\n - \n
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
\n - \n
Follow up with departments and stakeholders on action items and deadlines.
\n - \n
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and business documents.
\n - \n
Assist in coordinating strategic projects and business initiatives.
\n - \n
Maintain records, documents, and important company information.
\n - \n
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
\n - \n
Support event management and executive-level administrative activities.
\n
\nRequirements \n

- \n
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
\n - \n
2–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
\n - \n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n - \n
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\n - \n
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
\n - \n
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
\n - \n
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
