Job Title: Team Lead - Title Search.

Experience Required: 5+ years in Title Search with 1 year in any supervisory role.

Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong knowledge in US Title Search to manage a team, ensure quality, and meet production targets.

• Lead a team handling Title Search (Full Search / Current Owner Search)
\n
• Review property records, liens, mortgages, and ownership details
\n
• Ensure accuracy and meet SLA & productivity targets
\n
• Allocate work and monitor team performance
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
\n
• Perform RCA and improve process quality
\n
• Prepare reports using MS Office
\n
