Job Description
- 12+ years in Product Innovation for Consumer Electronics & Appliances \n
- NPI for small domestic & consumer kitchen appliances \n\n
- Lead the development of innovative products and processes in the small domestic appliances sector \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new manufacturing technologies \n
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs \n
- Oversee the testing and prototyping of new designs to ensure quality and feasibility \n
- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into company operations \n
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on innovation projects \n
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all processes and products \n
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering team members \n\n
- A degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes \n
- Proven experience in the metal industry, specifically in consumer appliances \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process evaluation and improvement \n
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively \n
