Digitals AI Inc is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office and the Office building. This role is essential to ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage work office, building, supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
  • \n
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • \n
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • \n
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • \n
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • \n
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • \n
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
  • \n
  • Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • \n
  • Assist in organizing company events and team activities.
  • \n

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • \n
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
