Job Description
Digitals AI Inc is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office and the Office building. This role is essential to ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Manage work office, building, supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency. \n
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. \n
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. \n
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. \n
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. \n
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic. \n
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting. \n
- Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure smooth operations. \n
- Assist in organizing company events and team activities. \n
Requirements

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role. \n
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. \n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. \n

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \n
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. \n
