  • To align dealing team and research team with Group Institutional clients & help them with superior execution
  • \n
  • To identify the potential Institutional client and start to engage & make detailed presentations highlighting the differentiated value proposition offered, new product and research ideas, etc.
  • \n
  • To ensure strong client servicing and engagement with Non-group client by allocating focused dealing support to enhance credibility and deliver a value proposition, superior than peers.
  • \n
  • To engage with clients using research reports, new ideas on a periodic basis.
  • \n
  • To organize company visits / meetings with clients for developing stronger relationships and expressing business commitment.
  • \n
  • To engage and revive inactive/dormant Institutions with order flow/brokerage.
  • \n
  • To continuously interact with the institutions with Research reports, new ideas and offerings.
  • \n
  • To fully comply with the Deal Desk process, Regulatory requirements, risk and surveillance.
  • \n
  • To ensure efficient and prompt management of orders, execution of transactions and reporting of trades.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Institutional Sales Trader should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven expertise in institutional sales and trading within the financial services sector.
  • \n
  • Deep understanding of trading regulations and compliance requirements.
  • \n
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • \n
  • Outstanding communication and client relationship management abilities
