Job Description
- Opportunity to work with a leading real estate firm \n
- Senior stakeholder management \n\n
- Support fund raising across debt and equity instruments for infrastructure and real estate businesses, including NCD, project finance, term loans, LRD and CP \n
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives. \n
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights for decision-making. \n
- Develop and maintain robust project financial models, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, break-even, and sensitivity analysis. \n
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial practices. \n
- Mentor and guide the accounting & finance team to achieve departmental goals. \n\n
- CA/CFA+MBA with 12-15 years of post-qualification experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of fundraising, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. \n
- Experience in the property or building & construction industry is advantageous. \n
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. \n
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
