Job Description
- Opportunity to be in an India Focussed investment role \n
- Opportunity to be part of a growth investment fund \n\n
- Develop a strong pipeline of high‑quality growth‑stage opportunities through industry networks, sector research, and targeted outreach. \n
- Build and nurture relationships with founders, bankers, advisors, and the broader ecosystem. \n
- Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. \n
- Lead end-to-end deal assessment including financial modelling, market analysis, unit economics, and competitive landscape assessment. \n
- Manage due diligence workstreams-commercial, financial, legal, operational, and technical. \n
- Present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee. \n
- Negotiate deal structures, terms, equity stakes, and legal documentation with advisors and stakeholders. \n
- Identify emerging trends across Consumer, Technology and Healthcare sectors. \n\n
- 7-9+ years of experience in growth equity or venture capital
\n - Education - Should have completed their education from a Tier-1 institute in India \n
- Sector - Exposure to Consumer or Healthcare preferred \n
- Proven track record of sourcing, leading, and closing growth‑stage deals.
\n - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; deep understanding of unit economics, valuation, and scalable business models.
\n - Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams. \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
