Primary Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- - Optimising route of RSP to ensure regular SUBD visits \n
- - SUBD classification based on value sales and weight the frequency of visits \n
- - Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD \n
- - Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS \n
- - SDE needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman/Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis. \n
- - Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the man-days to ensure consistency in productivity \n
- - To check and monitor the RSP's as per the infrastructure budgets \n
- - Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check \n
- - SS infrastructure review \n
- - SS delivery performance review \n
- - SS app usage review \n
- - Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of SS \n
