Role Overview:
\nWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee agile
\nproject execution across cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and BA. The
\nideal candidate will manage sprint deliveries, ensure alignment with business goals, and
\ndrive successful outcomes for our TReDS platform in the FinTech domain.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Lead and manage agile projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
\n• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and delivery across development, QA, and other
\ntechnical teams.
\n• Facilitate agile activities including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and
\nretrospectives.
\n• Collaborate with Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage
\ndependencies.
\n• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delays to ensure smooth
\ndelivery.
\n• Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to internal and external
\nstakeholders.
\n• Drive continuous improvement by implementing agile best practices and optimizing
\nteam workflows.
\n• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards relevant to the TReDS
\necosystem.
\n• Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, sprint metrics, release notes and
\ndelivery outcomes.
\nRequirements:
\n• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
\n(B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA preferred).
\n• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, or
\nrelated financial domains.
\n• Proven experience managing agile projects and sprint deliveries.
\n• Scrum Master certification is a plus (e.g., CSM, PSM).
\n• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
\n• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\n• Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
\n• Business analysis experience is a strong plus.
\nPreferred Attributes:
\n• Experience with TReDS platforms or fintech systems.
\n• Ability to work independently and manage multiple teams and priorities.
\n• Strong understanding of financial concepts and technology platforms.
\n• Attention to detail and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
