Job Description
• RPA Process Development
\n o Prepare solution design
\n o Deliver RPA Process build
\n o Deliver RPA Process change requests (minor to medium complex)
\n o Carry out UAT, deployments and hypercare activities, RPA operations
\n o Provide service support based on the team rotation plan
\n o Ready for different shifts (mainly AP/EU) based on rotation plan within the
\n team
\n • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise–level
\n applications with RPA tools using UiPath
\n o Good knowledge of ticket handling using Service Now or similar tools
\n o L1/L2 Support process knowledge
\n o Use monitoring tools to drive improvements
\n - Knowledge of power apps and GenAI is
\n desired
\n o Build a knowledge base for projects
\n • Technical Analysis and Assessments
\n o Proactively collaborate with Technical Consultants and Business Analysts for
\n new automation opportunities initiatives
\n o Communicate with Solution Architects to understand the technical implications
\n and provide assessment for automation efforts
\n Person Specification
\n • Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a
\n plus
\n • Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business
\n users (areas such as office automation, finance, accounting etc.)
