    1. Enterprise Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • \n Develop and execute a long-term global brand strategy aligned with business and valuation objectives.

  • \n Define and refine brand positioning, messaging architecture, and value propositions across services and markets.
  • \n


  • \n Lead brand architecture across geographies, solutions, and verticals.

    \n 2. Pre-IPO Brand & Corporate Positioning

  • \n Lead brand strategy aligned with IPO readiness and public market positioning.
  • \n


  • \n Develop a compelling corporate narrative that articulates growth story, differentiation, and long-term vision.
  • \n


  • \n Partner closely with executive leadership, finance, and investor relations to align brand messaging with valuation goals.
  • \n


  • \n Strengthen brand credibility and governance perception in preparation for public listing.
  • \n


  • \n Drive reputation management and thought leadership initiatives to enhance market trust among investors, analysts, and stakeholders.

    \n 3. Brand Governance & Identity Management

  • \n Own and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity systems, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks.

  • \n Establish governance processes to ensure brand compliance across global markets.

  • \n Lead any brand refresh or transformation initiatives required to align with IPO ambitions.

    \n 4. Integrated Brand & Growth Campaigns

  • \n Oversee integrated brand campaigns that elevate awareness and reinforce market leadership.

  • \n Align brand strategy with digital marketing, demand generation, and content initiatives.

  • \n Drive executive visibility and thought leadership programs.

  • \n Conduct brand perception studies and competitive positioning analysis.

  • \n Monitor industry trends and emerging narratives to strengthen differentiation.

    \n 6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • \n Build and lead a high-performing branding function.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

  • \n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • \n


  • \n 10+ years of experience in branding, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • \n


  • \n Proven experience in B2B, technology, or digital transformation-driven organizations.
  • \n


  • \n Experience contributing to IPO readiness, corporate positioning, or investor communications preferred.
  • \n


  • \n Strong global exposure with ability to manage multi-market brand strategy.
  • \n


  • \n Demonstrated experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
