\n\nJob Description
\n\n* Support customers remotely to troubleshoot and commission their pneumatic and process automation systems
\n * Identify and resolve technical issues related to product malfunction / wrong installation / wrong parameterization, etc
\n * Responsible for solving customers and internal technical inquiries
\n * Select the proper components for the customer's Factory and Process Automation application
\n * Use technical features and parameters based on catalogue information to solve technical enquiries
\n * Keep an open communication with other Festo companiesworldwide to clarify customer-specific problems and technical details
\n * Participate actively in technical trainings
The Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful Technical Support Engineer - Pneumatics and Process Automation should have:
\n Degree in in the field of Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics with 3 to 5 years of experience in Installation & commissioning, Application, Product/Technical support or similar roles
\n * Experience in product selection, BOM, simulation, and sizing
\n * Experience in customer interaction such as technical discussion, on-site/remote service
\n * Strong knowledge of products and applications in the field of Pneumatic and Process Automation
\n * Troubleshooting of pneumatic components and providing technical assistance to solve the problem
\n * Strong analytical skills to analyse, review and resolve customer support tickets
\n * Excellent written and verbal English communication
\n * Very good MS Office knowledge
