Position Description:

\nWe are looking for a .NET Full Stack Developer to work with a larger team in the application maintenance and application development space for a reputed North American Life Insurance client. The team consists of + technical professionals supporting technologies such as Mainframe, Java, .NET, Sitecore, SharePoint, Informatica, and more.\n

Your future duties and responsibilities:

\n

\n

•Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
\n •Design and implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
\n •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
\n •Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
\n •Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency.
\n •Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
\n •Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
\n •Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
\n •Work independently with limited supervision.
\n •Provide design specifications and task estimates.
\n •Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines.
\n •Learn new technologies based on project requirements.
\n •Follow Agile methodology.
\n •Support application maintenance and application development.
\n •Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation (one week every six weeks).
\n •Learn and support COTS products supported by the team.
\n •Perform analysis, design, and development activities following defined processes.
\n •Focus on automation, optimization, and continuous improvements.
\n •Identify gaps and suggest solutions to improve application stability.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

\n

\n

Must-Have Skills
\n •3–8 years of experience in Full Stack .NET development.
\n •Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, APIs/Web Services.
\n •Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular, React, or Vue.js.
\n •Experience with SQL Server.
\n •Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
\n •Good understanding of SDLC.
\n •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n •Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\n •Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
\n Good-to-Have Skills
\n •Experience with Azure App Services and Azure Functions.
\n •Experience working in Agile.
\n •Understanding of the Life Insurance domain.
