Job Description

Job Purpose

\n The Sales Development Executive (SDE) supports Sales Development and GTM execution in the CCD General Trade business by enabling distribution expansion, driving retail execution, and strengthening channel effectiveness. The role ensures the implementation of GTM strategies, improves availability and visibility at retail outlets, and strengthens distributor operations to accelerate sales growth in the assigned territory.

\n Key Responsibilities

\n The role carries the following key deliverables:

\n Execute GTM plans shared by the RSDM to expand market coverage across assigned territories.
\n Support distributor onboarding, productivity improvement, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
\n Drive secondary sales by assisting the sales team with outlet expansion, beat optimization, and coverage efficiency.
\n Implement regional trade marketing initiatives including schemes, promotional activities, and visibility programs.
\n Conduct regular market visits to monitor availability, visibility, and adherence to execution guidelines.
\n Track channel performance, distributor health, and provide timely insights to the RSDM for decision making.
\n Ensure execution of visibility calendars, brand activation, and new launch rollouts at the outlet level.
\n Support capability building of distributor staff & field sales teams through training and performance monitoring.

\n Previous Experience & Preferred Experience
\n 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade.
\n Exposure to Sales Development / Trade Marketing is preferred.
\n Experience in working with distributors and field sales teams.
\n Strong understanding of GT channel execution and outlet operations.
