Job Description
- High‑Impact Leadership in a Critical Supply Chain Function \n
- Opportunity to Manage & Develop Teams While Working Cross‑Functional \n\n
- Oversee import documentation, customs clearance, and letter of credit processes. \n
- Lead operations for FTWZ and bonded warehouses. \n
- Manage import/export service-level agreements (SLAs) and drive performance improvements. \n
- Manage SLAs for domestic forward and reverse logistics to improve service and optimize costs. \n
- Oversee third-party vendors including warehouses, transporters, customs brokers, and packaging suppliers. \n
- Lead end-to-end cold-chain operations and inventory control, implementing best‑in‑class practices. \n
- Lead, coach, and develop team members. \n
- Conduct logistics reviews with business stakeholders. \n
- Strengthen collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; drive automation and logistics optimization initiatives. \n\n
- Bachelor's degree required. A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business is preferred. \n
- 8+ years in logistics management, preferably within IVD, medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors. \n
- Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of:Import documentation, HSN codes, customs exemptions, clearance processes, and LC procedures.Export and re-export processes.FTWZ and bonded warehouse operations.Import/export SLAs and performance management.International air and sea freight modes. \n
- Self-driven, agile, and adaptable.
