• Design and Development experience on CPM/Console (Plastic) parts .

• Take full ownership of the parts.
\n
• Negotiation with the styling by developing the feasibility section and feeding back to the OEM.
\n
• Development of fit and finish sections. Developing location concepts.
\n
• Understand product specs and support design engineers in development of the parts.
\n
• Submit timely schedules and technical reports in support of projects. Work to achieve project goals and satisfy quality, cost, and delivery targets.
\n
• Negotiation with Client on daily basis, conducting design reviews at regular intervals.
\n
• Assist the manufacturing team in achieving cost targets and engineering process improvements, meeting production schedules, and resolving technical production problems. Responsible for resolving the issues raised during vehicle build.
\n
• Guiding design engineers for design changes at client site as well as offshore India
\n
• Responsible for the design changes for the issues identified and Incorporation of those changes on the parts.

• Hands on experience on NX
