  • Lead the Industrial Lubricants business (MWF, RP, GIL, IGO) with complete P&L ownership.
  • \n
  • Manage a diverse team of 100-200 direct and indirect reportees across India.
  • \n
  • Drive technical sales strategy, customer acquisition, and key account expansion.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and industrial partners to accelerate growth.
  • \n
  • Ensure robust forecasting, pricing, and operational excellence while travelling 40-50% pan‑India.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 8-12 years of B2B technical sales experience in Lubricants (preferred) or Adhesives, with up to ~15 years acceptable.
  • \n
  • Engineering degree required (Mechanical / Chemical / Materials / Metallurgy / Instrumentation & Control) + MBA preferred.
  • \n
  • Proven experience leading large field teams and delivering P&L outcomes.
  • \n
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and customer‑centric leadership skills.
