\n JD HR AND ADMIN\n
\nSupervise daily attendance marked by security and employee physical checking done at security gate.\n
\n Factory round in morning and evening for checking cleaning of premises (Factory premised, all washrooms, Temple and garden and highlight pointers if any to housekeeping employees.\n
\n Round of factory to check all employees are wearing safety kit given to avoid further challenges\n
\n Snacks list preparation and raising orders accordingly\n
\n All other work assigned by reporting manager and Management\n
\n Guiding team of pantry to make availability of required material at factory\n
\n Daily check water storage and filters are in good condition\n
\n Round of gardens for supervising whether watering of plants is happening on daily basis\n
\n Making necessary arrangement at factory for function organized\n
\n Check all cameras on daily basis and get it repaired if not working\n
\n Maintain first aid box as per requirement and raise requisition as and when required.\n
\n Resolve HR asset related all queries whenever received\n
\n Supervise hooter raising as per schedule given\n
\n Paste all circulars shared by HO HR team at security cabin\n
\n Supervise security and highlight issued if any.\n
\n Check and do all repairing work as per requirement\n
\n Keep contacts of all vendors as per requirement\n
\n Ensure Workers do not waste time and electricity during their breaks\n
\n Maintain stationary by giving indent forms to all department.\n
\n Preparing and maintaining\n
\n loading (Prashant Patil) workers attendance\n
\n Maintain all register required by factory\n
\n Monitoring daily OT\n
\n Manpower arrangement\n
\n Supervising lunch snacks order for clients \n
