Job Summary
\n • Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships
\n and expanding the company's current client base.
\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities

\n

• Identify sales prospects within assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity
\n reports to management
\n • Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring that all company products and
\n services have been thoroughly presented and the sales cycle successfully executed
\n • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration needs.
\n • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
\n • Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for targets accounts and submit all required
\n documentation
\n • Develop strategic comprehensive business plan
\n • Work with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
\n • Responsible for developing and executing quarterly sales plans to expand existing client base
\n and generate new business to meet established quota
\n • Attend and participate in weekly office sales meetings
\n • Meet or exceed monthly GP quota
\n • Design and implement focused prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and use of social
\n media campaigns, to increase sales and expand our customer base in the designated territory
\n • Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
\n • Actively use internal databases to complete client contact information, provide detailed notes
\n and track pending activities
\n • Follow up on leads within 24 hours of client inquiry
\n • Represent company at technological briefings and trade shows as assigned
\n • Participate in training and professional development activities as prescribed by management
\n • Monitor non-installed product commissions on a weekly basis to ensure timely completion by
\n the end of the month
\n Other duties assigned as needed
\n Skills and Abilities
\n • Ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to
\n end user customers
\n • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
\n • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
\n • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with
\n discretion
\n • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
\n • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and
\n externally
\n • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability
\n to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Education and/or Experience
\n • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
\n • A four year degree is preferred
\n • At least 5-7 years' experience of direct selling in the
\n AV/VTC/Telecommunications/Construction/Technology industries preferred
\n • Salesforce experience preferred
