- Candidate with 8-12 yrs PQE in both Legal & Compliance in BFSI should apply \n

- Develop legal strategies to enhance regulatory compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions- APAC/EMEA/US \n
- Advised on transactional matters, data privacy, and cross‑border legal matters \n
- Handled legal proceedings related to regulatory matters, such as litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations. \n
- Manage cross‑border stakeholders and demonstrate team leadership by ensuring high‑quality legal and compliance outcomes. \n\n
- A degree in law from a recognised institution. \n
- Strong expertise in regulatory legal & compliance within BFSI/Law Firm \n
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. \n
- Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
