Sales Executive - Institutional
Job Description
This role is with METRO Cash & Carry India Ltd. (a unit of Reliance Retail). This is position is based out of our store in Aramghar / Gagan Pahad location in Hyderabad.
\nJob Purpose: Increasing institutional sales of relevant articles amongst corporate customers.
\nJob Dimensions: Planning daily and weekly visit to the customers and acquisition of new customers in the assigned area.
\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
\nCreation of daily and weekly sales plan and order lists
\nDiligently follow the customer visit plan every day
\nManaging the accounts of 80-140 customers
\nInteracting with customers regularly and developing relationship with them
\nIdentifying bulk order opportunities and capitalizing on them
\nIncrease the number of buying customers and basket size of customer
\nIdentifying and rectifying de-growth amongst the customers
\nEnrollment and tagging of new customers with sales potential
\nUnderstanding customers business and recommending articles to them
\nCoordinating with logistics and full-service desk for delivery
\nAssisting visiting customers with their purchase from the Store
\nEnsuring timely delivery of orders and managing bulk orders
\nCoordinating with internal stake holders for special pricing
\nContinuously updating knowledge about articles and offers
\nCoordinating with customers for orders during Invoice level promotions
\nTrack customer wise sales and keep a check on customer balance
\nIdentify customers with a high sales potential and get them tagged
\nAchieving sales & margin target month on month & annually
\nPromote sales of private label products in the upcountry market
\nAssisting customers with festive gifting options from Metros catalogue
\nFinding potential customers who can use metros festive gifting offerings
\nCoordinating with main cash team for payment processing.
