Job Description
- HR leadership role \n
- Working with an industry leader \n\n
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, engagement, and performance management. \n
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all employee categories. \n
- Lead HR projects including technology upgrades, M&A integration, GPTW certification, and policy development. \n
- Strengthen employee experience through handbooks, townhalls, and leadership communication forums. \n
- Deliver strategic HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making. \n\n
- Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field with more than 15 years of organisational experience \n
- Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements for a large diversified work force of > 2000 employees \n
- Experience in HR business partnership, performance management, Compliance management, project management \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills. \n
- An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
