  • Understand Group, Business, and HR strategy to design and implement new Leadership & Personal Effectiveness (LCPE) interventions aligned with organizational priorities.
  • \n
  • Conduct internal and external data analysis, benchmarking, and research to identify leadership gaps and inform program design.
  • \n
  • Perform detailed needs analysis by engaging stakeholders across levels to ensure accurate diagnosis of capability requirements.
  • \n
  • Create macro‑level program designs including objectives, structure, instructional strategy, and sustained‑learning components.
  • \n
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high‑quality faculty and learning partners while managing commercial negotiations and contextual alignment.
  • \n
  • Ensure all programs are fully contextualized to organizational culture and leverage GLEAM standards for sustained learning and application.
  • \n
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of learning interventions with strict adherence to pre‑, during‑, and post‑program requirements.
  • \n
  • Track post‑program implementation, review feedback, and continuously enhance content, delivery methods, and faculty selection.
  • \n
  • Provide consulting expertise to businesses on designing and delivering learning solutions-covering leadership, strategy, coaching, EI, growth mindset, and future skillsets.
  • \n
  • Manage and develop team members through goal‑setting, coaching, sponsoring development opportunities, and ensuring execution of individual development plans.

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n

    A successful Program Director - Learning should have:

    \n · Experience in designing and implementing global leadership programs.

    \n · Strong project management skills.

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Proven expertise in learning and development within the chemical industry.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and instructional design.
  • \n
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • \n
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
