Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of C++ Software Developers, Qas, Business Analyst. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture and has accountability for their performance and results. Sets performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions. \n
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. \n
- Defines a vision for the team in line with the department strategy and operational challenges and translates it into a concrete action plan. Works with a high level of autonomy, with some guidance from Senior Manager. \n
- Implement and promote Agile methodologies within the team. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. \n
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and align development efforts with business goals. \n
- Provide technical direction and support to the development team. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed. \n
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by implementing robust testing and code review processes. \n
- Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. \n
Technical excellence:

- Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries \n
- Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance. \n
- Proficiency in C++ with DB experience in a distributed environment. Good to have Cloud knowledge and exposure to other tech stack like Java, Python etc. \n
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). \n
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. \n
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams. \n
Communication

- Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company/organization information \n
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including Product Managers, designers, and other development teams. \n
