Job Description

- Provide expert legal support on financing transactions (bilateral, syndicated loans, project finance and bonds) including drafting & negotiation complex agreements across jurisdictions. \n
- Draft, review, and negotiate financial agreements, including loan facilities, guarantees, and treasury-related contracts. \n
- Participate in internal and external meetings supporting or leading negotiations with banks, institutional partners and other stakeholders. \n
- Advise on & manage legal aspects of disputes and settlement strategies when necessary \n
- Monitor legal and regulatory development relevant top financing & treasury activities \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and implement strategic initiatives. \n\n
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution with a strong academic record. \n
- Have experience of working in the Banking & Finance team at a Tier 1 Law Firm or at a Global Financial Institution \n
- Proven expertise in finance, treasury, and corporate legal matters, particularly within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. \n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a global, fast-paced environment.
