Xavier College invites applications from passionate and dedicated Early Years (R-2) Teachers to join the founding staff of our brand new Riverlea Park Campus (R–6), opening in January 2027.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish our College community from the very beginning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and learning experiences that will inspire our students.

We are seeking educators who are passionate about creating engaging, nurturing and inclusive learning environments, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and supporting young learners to develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.
