Associate Service Delivery Manager

Looking for an experienced ASDM to drive offshore delivery, governance, client engagement, and P&L for healthcare/lifesciences programs. The role will work closely with onsite teams to ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.

• Own offshore delivery governance across multiple programs
\n
• Act as SPOC for delivery and align with onsite stakeholders
\n
• Manage client communication and support MBRs/QBRs
\n
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement
\n
• Ensure quality, process adherence, and cost optimization
\n
• Lead team performance, capability building, and resource planning
\n
• Manage P&L, support renewals, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities

• 18 20 years in delivery/program management
\n
• Experience in Healthcare/Lifesciences (Payer preferred)
\n
• Strong in stakeholder management, governance, and P&L
\n
• Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models
\n
• Agile/Waterfall experience
