• B.E. Mechanical with good academic records from a reputed institute.

• Professional experience: 2 to 3 years into Frontline Technical Sales & Service from Auto Ancillaries, Adhesives, Industrial Consumables.

• Industrial background is preferred.
\n

• A Technical Sales and Applications Engineer’s job consists of selling or introducing our products or services to new prospects and established clients.
\n
• The Technical Sales Engineer’s responsibilities are to develop solutions using our products to customer’s requirements, develop professional quotation packages, obtain and verify customer purchase orders, ensure on-time delivery to the satisfaction of the customer orders.
\n
• This role is the primary interface between customers and our organization.
\n

\n
• Technically understand Customer’s lubrication and tribology needs and provide lubrication solutions, adding value in terms of better maintenance, higher productivity and process efficiency.
\n
• Present and demonstrate the specialty product range and help customers appreciate the true value of products resulting in business generation.
\n
• Manage team of Service Personnel and Distributors and ensure optimal product performance to customers’ processes.
\n
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
\n
• Manage customer accounts and grow an existing territory.
\n
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining aware of industry trends, product results, market activities, etc.
\n
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and scout for new areas of value addition through Application Engineering.
\n
• High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
