\n Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant (CA Qualified) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage financial accounting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with accounting software like Tally and be proficient in preparing cash flow statements, profit & loss (P&L) accounts, and consolidated balance sheets for group companies.

Key Responsibilities:
\n • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including P&L accounts, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for group companies.
\n • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper bookkeeping.
\n • Utilize Tally and other accounting software for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
\n • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and financial audits.
\n • Handle accounts payable/receivable and oversee reconciliation of bank statements.
\n • Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
\n • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
\n • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Skills:
\n • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
\n • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing.
\n • Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
\n • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
\n • Experience in preparing group company balance sheets and cash flow statements.
\n • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
\n • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
\n • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n Preferred Qualifications:
