Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program/Portfolio Management Specialist to join our PMO team. The successful candidate will support program coordination, portfolio oversight, and governance activities in a large or international IT organization, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Description:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n
• 4 7 years of experience in PMO, program coordination, or portfolio management roles within large or international IT organizations.
\n
• Strong understanding of program and portfolio management principles, including project lifecycle, governance, reporting, and KPIs.
\n
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (or similar tools).
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
\n
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
\n
• Self-driven, reliable, and structured, with a strong focus on quality, accountability, and delivering results.
\n
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
