\n Key Responsibilities:
\n Campaign Management
\n • Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
\n • Develop lead generation, awareness, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
\n • Set up campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, and budgets.
Audience Targeting & Strategy
\n • Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
\n • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
\n • Identify high-intent buyer segments based on demographics, location, interests, and behavior.
Creative Coordination
\n • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop ad creatives, videos, reels, and copy.
\n • A/B test ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.
\n • Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
Lead Generation & Optimization
\n • Monitor lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).
\n • Optimize campaigns to improve lead volume and conversion rates.
\n • Coordinate with sales teams to track lead performance and feedback.
Analytics & Reporting
\n • Track KPIs include:
\n o Cost Per Lead (CPL)
\n o Click-Through Rate (CTR)
\n o Cost Per Click (CPC)
\n o Conversion Rate
\n o Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
\n o Lead-to-Site Visit Ratio
\n • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
\n • Use Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API for tracking.
Technical Setup
\n • Implement and manage:
\n o Meta Pixel
\n o Conversion API (CAPI)
\n o Event tracking
\n o UTM parameters
\n o CRM integrations
\n • Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.
Must Have:
\n - Real Estate industry experience | 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) experience
\n - Strong experience in Lead Generation Campaigns
\n - Experience with Real Estate Marketing (Residential/Commercial preferred)
\n - Hands-on knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)
\n - Experience with Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting
\n - Ability to optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversions
\n - Experience using Meta Ads Manager and campaign reporting
\n - Understanding of CRM integration and lead tracking
\n Experience working with:
\n - CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.)
\n - Landing Page Optimization
\n - WhatsApp Lead Campaigns
\n - Video/Reel Campaigns
