- Develop and implement HSES policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations. \n
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all operations. \n
- Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies. \n
- Lead initiatives to promote a safety-first culture within the organization. \n
- Monitor and report on HSES performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSES strategies into daily operations. \n
- Oversee safety training programs and ensure proper documentation is maintained. \n
- Engage with external stakeholders to address environmental and safety concerns effectively. \n\n
- Educational qualifications in engineering, environmental science, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in health, safety, environmental, and sustainability practices within the industrial manufacturing industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industrial sector. \n
- Experience in implementing HSES management systems and driving continuous improvement. \n
- Excellent leadership skills to inspire and guide teams effectively.
