\nRole summary : As a Lead Staff Engineer on our Microsoft 365 Transformations team, you will contribute to the architecture and delivery of secure, scalable solutions across SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. You’ll help clients choose the right mix of out-of-the-box capabilities, low-code/no-code, and pro-code development, collaborate closely with project leads and architects, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and day-to-day guidance.
\nWho we are:
\nNTT DATA America strives to hire exceptional, innovative, and passionate individuals who want to grow with us. Launch by NTT DATA is the culmination of the company’s strategy to acquire and integrate the skills, experience, and technology of leading digital companies, backed by NTT DATA’s core capabilities, global reach, and depth.
\nHow You’ll Help Us:
\nOur clients need digital solutions that transform how they work so they can succeed in today’s hypercompetitive marketplace. As a senior technical leader on our M365 Transformations team within the Content Platforms practice, you will help clients migrate and modernize onto Microsoft 365, maximize the value of their M365 investments, and deliver secure, scalable solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities, low-code/no-code, and pro-code development when appropriate.
\nThe M365 Transformations team specializes in Microsoft 365 migrations and modernizations (including information architecture, governance, and adoption) and in solutioning within the M365 ecosystem, selecting the right approach across out-of-the-box features, Power Platform, and custom development. We also incorporate M365 Copilot, Copilot agents, and AI-assisted delivery to accelerate outcomes and improve solution quality.
\nHow We Will Help You:
\nJoining NTT DATA’s Content Platforms practice means working with some of the world’s most interesting companies on complex, high-visibility Microsoft 365 transformations - migrations, modernizations, and solution delivery that change how people collaborate and get work done. You’ll be surrounded by engineers and architects who stay ahead of the curve, and you’ll have access to the training, mentorship, and real-world opportunities needed to sharpen your skills in the latest M365, Power Platform, and cloud capabilities. We also heavily encourage the use of AI, such as using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted delivery to optimize our own work and thoughtfully integrating Copilot, Copilot agents, and AI patterns into client solutions so you can deliver faster, smarter outcomes and continue growing your impact.
\nWhy the Role is Important:
\nIn this staff role, you are a key technical contributor on client engagements—helping translate business goals into a pragmatic Microsoft 365 approach the team can execute. You’ll help raise engineering quality (security, performance, accessibility, and maintainability), support delivery by proactively identifying risks and resolving technical blockers, and accelerate outcomes by applying repeatable patterns and AI-assisted ways of working. You’ll also strengthen our practice by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to internal standards and reusable assets.
