SE- Contract & Business Operations
Job Description
We are looking for a Contract & Business Operations Manager to support our new business initiatives by handling contract discussions, stakeholder coordination, and key operational activities.
\n This is a hybrid role involving both contract/commercial responsibilities and day-to-day business operations support.
1. Contract & Commercial Management (Core Responsibility)
\n - Review and analyze customer contract changes
\n - Participate in contract discussions with customers (including legal counterparts)
\n - Coordinate with internal Legal team for approvals and risk alignment
\n - Drive contracts to closure
\n 2. Business Operations & Coordination
\n - Act as SPOC between Business, Legal, Finance, and external partners
\n - Track contract status, open points, and timelines
\n 3. Administrative & Process Support
\n - Handle invoice coordination with vendors and Finance
\n - Support submission of travel and expense documents
\n - Maintain trackers for contracts, payments, and activities
\n - Ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met
- LLB (preferred / can be flexible if strong experience)
\n - 3–6 years of experience in contract management, legal coordination, or business operations
\n - Experience in customer/vendor interactions
- Ability to understand and negotiate commercial contracts
\n - Strong coordination and follow-up skills
\n - Comfortable handling both strategic and operational tasks
\n - Practical, execution-oriented mindset
