Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- 1. Documentation Management & Advisory: \n
    \n
  • Act as the central contact for all documentation-related requests and clarifications from internal stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Advise teams on documentation requirements, applicable standards, mandatory forms, and adherence to internal policies.
  • \n
  • Examine and verify submitted documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established guidelines.
  • \n
  • Identify missing or incorrect documentation and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • \n
  • Maintain organized records, document repositories, and audit trails in line with the governance and compliance requirements.
  • \n
2. GTBD Product & Channel Documentation Support: \n
    \n
  • Provide operational support for SMAR&TS and other GTBD documentation platforms, including user assistance, issue resolution, and process guidance.
  • \n
  • Support user onboarding activities, access management, system orientation, and training initiatives for platform users.
  • \n
  • Track documentation workflows within systems and liaise with technology and support teams to address system-related concerns efficiently.
  • \n
3. Operational & Process Query Resolution: \n

  • Respond to internal enquiries concerning documentation processes, operational procedures, and control requirements.
  • \n
  • Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Front Office teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • \n
  • Escalate documentation or process-related concerns with potential operational, regulatory, or compliance implications to the Regional Head, Client Management.
  • \n
4. Business Operations & Team Support: \n
    \n
  • Develop, maintain, and periodically update process manuals, operating procedures, and workflow documentation.
  • \n
  • Review forms and supporting documents, ensuring inconsistencies or deficiencies are addressed before processing to prevent client service delays.
  • \n
  • Manage document lodging and temporary custody activities, ensuring accurate tracking and control throughout the document lifecycle.
  • \n
  • Perform KYC screening for non-signatories in accordance with regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.
  • \n
  • Assist in the execution of Annual Reviews and Ad-hoc Reviews by ensuring documentation, due diligence records, and client information remain current and complete.
  • \n
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, team projects, and other business support activities as assigned.
