\n\n- Own a key function under the International SBU
\n- Manage a team of 4-5 Program Managers
\n- Drive the GTM of key projects
\n- Own the P&L of the business charters assigned
\n- Run A/B tests/ funnel analytics
\n- Manage key International stakeholders
\n\nThe Successful Applicant
\n\nA successful Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) should have:
\n 1. Solid verbal/written comm skills
\n 2. Has run A/B tests/ funnel analytics in a consumer-facing role on customer acquisitions on retention
\n 3. Team management ability - upto 5 members
\n 4. Strong Relationship-building ability
\n 5. Hunger/ Achiever
