Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & P&L Leadership:-

• Own and drive full P&L responsibility for the business.

• Define and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with growth, profitability, and market expansion goals.

• Ensure tight financial discipline, cost optimization, and margin improvement across the value chain.
\n

Sales, Marketing & Business Development:-

\n
• Lead Sales, Marketing, and Business Development strategies across B2B and B2C models .
\n
• Maintain strong, senior-level relationships with all major two-wheeler OEMs and key aftermarket stakeholders.
\n
• Drive aggressive market penetration, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
\n
• Strengthen market control and expand share in OEM and replacement markets.
\n

Operations & Manufacturing Oversight:-

• Provide leadership oversight to Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
\n
• Drive capacity planning, productivity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
\n
• Ensure seamless coordination between production, SCM, and commercial teams to meet market demand.
\n

Leadership & Governance:-

• Lead and mentor senior leadership teams across functions.
\n
• Build a performance-driven, accountable culture with strong execution discipline.

• Act as the face of the business in key customer, partner, and industry engagements.
