We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Malayalam or Hindi to interact with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

\n - Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls to customers
\n - Explain products or services clearly and professionally
\n - Handle customer queries and follow up as required
\n - Maintain basic call records and customer information
\n

Requirements:

\n - Fluency in Malayalam or Hindi (Tamil/English is a plus)
\n - Good communication and convincing skills
\n - Basic computer knowledge
\n - Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
