Job Description
- Must have 10+ years of Enterprise Selling experience of software solutions \n
- Work closely with the Country Head for setting up the enterprise motion \n\n
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. \n
- Engage with C-level, SVP, and Director-level stakeholders across Enterprise, BFSI, and Conglomerate sectors. \n
- Understand client pain points, business challenges, regulatory complexities, and decision‑making cycles within large organizations. \n
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver world‑class client experiences. \n
- Build strong account strategies, map key stakeholders, and create multi‑threaded opportunities. \n
- Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets \n\n
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling SaaS solutions in India or global markets. \n
- Strong background selling into BFSI / Large Enterprises / Conglomerates. \n
- Demonstrated success in high‑value, multi-million‑dollar deal closures. \n
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes, InfoSec assessments, RFPs, and long sales cycles. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑presence skills. \n
- A hunter mindset with a passion for building pipelines and breaking into new accounts. \n
- Proven ability to engage cross‑functional teams and influence complex decision structures.
