Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of Quality Assurance frameworks across all project locations and regional offices.
  • \n
  • Establish, harmonize, review, and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements for Transmission Line and Substation projects.
  • \n
  • Ensure organization-wide adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements and project-specific customer quality standards.
  • \n
  • Plan and execute management reviews, internal quality audits, process evaluations, and compliance reviews across projects and operational clusters.
  • \n
  • Track and analyze quality performance indicators, non-conformance trends, audit observations, and corrective/preventive action effectiveness.
  • \n
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of digital quality management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • \n
  • Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and specifications.
  • \n
  • Lead investigations into major quality issues, customer concerns, audit findings, and non-conformities, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • \n
  • Review, validate, and authorize quality-related procedures, records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • \n
  • Serve as the primary quality interface for clients, consultants, certification agencies, and third-party inspection organizations.
  • \n
  • Champion process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the
  • \n
  • business.
  • \n
  • Strengthen team capabilities by designing and facilitating quality training, skill development, and competency-building programs.
  • \n
  • Evaluate supplier quality systems through audits and assessments while ensuring adherence to required standards.
  • \n
  • Foster a strong culture of quality ownership, awareness, and preventive quality practices across project teams.
  • \n
  • Support bid and proposal teams by preparing project-specific Quality Plans and customer compliance submissions.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular project site assessments to identify quality risks, improvement opportunities, and preventive measures.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with corporate quality functions and other business units to implement common quality standards, systems, and best practices.
  • \n
  • Participate in talent acquisition, capability evaluation, and professional development of Quality Assurance personnel.
  • \n

Technical Expertise

\n
    \n
  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, compliance requirements, and audit methodologies.
  • \n
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing Quality Assurance programs for Transmission Line and Substation EPC projects.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards, and quality requirements relevant to project execution.
  • \n
  • Proven expertise in quality planning, internal and external audits, supplier assessments, and compliance management.
  • \n
  • Sound understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), risk-based quality management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • \n
  • Experience with quality documentation control systems, audit tracking tools, and digital quality management platforms.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with supplier quality management, inspection processes, and third-party quality verification systems.
  • \n
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction quality controls for civil, electrical, and mechanical works associated with Transmission Line and Substation projects.
