What will you do-
\n We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in RDBMS
\n platforms, specifically PostgreSQL and KeyDB, to manage and support mission-critical
\n production databases. This role focuses on database availability, performance optimization,
\n reliability, and operational excellence in a high transaction fintech environment.
\n Job Responsibilities:

\n Install, configure, manage, and support PostgreSQL and KeyDB databases across
\n production and non-production environments.
\n Ensure high availability, replication, backup, and recovery of database systems.
\n Monitor database performance, capacity, and health; proactively identify and resolve
\n issues.
\n Perform query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning for RDBMS workloads.
\n Handle production incidents, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement
\n preventive measures.
\n Plan and execute database upgrades, patching, and maintenance with minimal downtime.
\n Implement and manage backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
\n Work closely with application, systems, and operations teams during releases and issue
\n resolution.
\n Maintain database documentation, standards, SOPs, and runbooks.
\n Participate in 24×7 on-call rotations and support critical production issues.

\n Knowledge of database monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tools.
\n Ability to work in 24×7 operational environments.
\n Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.

\n Work arrangement – 5 days working from of Office
