We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Voice Representative. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This is a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of customer handling, and the ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts.

\nRequirements \n
Requirements:

- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
\n - Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, or a related field
\n - Excellent communication skills in English
\n - Good knowledge of customer handling and conflict resolution
\n - Ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts
\n - Immediate joiner preferred or maximum 15 days' notice period
\n - Willingness to work in a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position

- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on last CTC and experience)
\n - Job Location: Pune
\n - Work Mode: Work from Office
\n - Contract Duration: 4-6 months
\n - Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days' notice
