Responsibilities:

• Lead the Technology Vision: Define and drive the long-term technology roadmap with a focus on innovation, scalability, and measurable business impact.

• Leverage AI/ML Across the Stack: Identify and implement strategic AI/ML opportunities from automating complex workflows to enhancing content and enabling data-driven decision-making.
\n
• Build a World-Class Engineering Team: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering organization, with a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
\n
• Develop Future Leaders: Support the growth of engineering managers, fostering leadership skills and maintaining a strong internal talent pipeline.
\n
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Business teams to ensure aligned priorities, shared goals, and seamless execution.
\n
• Deliver with Excellence: Oversee the timely, high-quality delivery of projects and products, ensuring strong technical standards and operational reliability.
\n
• Optimize Technology Investments: Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and cloud infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and agility.

Desired Profile:

• 15 + years of experience in engineering roles, including 5+ years in engineering leadership positions.
\n
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional agile teams, delivering B2B SaaS products.
\n
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, modern development ecosystems, and infrastructure-as-code.
\n
• Demonstrated success in evaluating, implementing, or integrating AI/ML capabilities in product or service environments.
\n
• Strong grasp of product thinking, ability to co-own outcomes with product management.
