Role Overview:
\n We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions for desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have strong automation engineering expertise, experience building automation frameworks, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. This role requires hands-on scripting, framework development, debugging, and CI/CD integration experience.

Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.

Build scalable and maintainable automation solutions for desktop applications.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis to identify product versus automation issues.

Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders.
\n - \n
Improve automation coverage, efficiency, and overall testing strategy.
\n - \n
Develop reusable automation components and utilities.
\n - \n
Ensure automation code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
\n - \n
Participate in test planning, estimation, and quality assurance initiatives.

Continuously evaluate and adopt best practices in test automation.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Test Automation.
\n - \n
Strong programming or scripting experience using JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar languages.
\n - \n
Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.
\n - \n
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
\n - \n
Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
\n - \n
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
\n - \n
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
\n - \n
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
\n - \n
Experience writing maintainable and reusable automation code.
\n - \n
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
\n
