Tech Lead Cloud Design and IAC
Job Description
- French multinational personal care and Cosmetics company \n
- Be a part of fast growing GCC . \n\n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. \n
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 4 years in a leadership rôle (50+ people internal and supplier resources) \n
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (ServiceNow) and methodologies \n
- Experience in international teams is highly desirable \n
- Proven track record managing hybrid environments: Azure, AWS, Windows, Linux, and Enterprise Backup/DR strategies ( Commvault) \n
- Certifications: Cloud certifications (good to have)

\n\nMAIN RESPONSABILITIES
\n * Strong Coordination with Global Tower Lead Cloud Foundations to ensure to be aligned with global strategy and roadmap.
\n * Overall Build and RUN teams support expertise for his Tower
\n * Cloud, System, Backup, Hybrid Global strategy applied to service lines for his Tower
\n * Shift management and ensure incident resolution
\n * Change management
\n * Interface with supplier to ensure RUN activities (, L2, L3)
\n * Coordination with Tech Lead to ensure that Build solutions and RUN are properly implemented according to gobal rules
\n * Identification and execution of improvement plan aligned with Global Tower Lead Cloud Foundations
