Senior Business Analyst (Campaign & Market Analytics)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Preference: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets

• Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, campaigns, and marketing performance
  
\n
• Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and recommendations
  
\n
• Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel
  
\n
• Work independently with minimal supervision and handle end-to-end analysis
  
\n
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly communicate findings
  
\n

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced level)
  
\n
• Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI
  
\n
• Hands-on experience in Customer & Marketing Analytics
  
\n
• Prior Retail industry experience (mandatory)
  
\n
• Experience in CRM & Loyalty domain
  
\n
• Background in Campaign Analytics
