TRS has an opportunity for the right candidates to work for one of India's fastest growing Renewable companies as a Civil Site Engineer. This is a contractual role with FTC duration of 6 months. This can be renewed based on project requirements or the candidate can be transferred to a new project. Food, Accommodation and Travel will be provided on site. \n

Compensation: ₹35,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Site Management: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
\n
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
\n
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
\n
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
\n
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues or delays.
\n
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
\n
• 2 years of experience in site execution, with experience in Solar Projects.
\n
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
\n
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
