Job Description
- Candidates with 17 + years of experience to apply \n
- Candidates with Litigation experience at group level to apply \n\n
- A law degree from a recognized university. \n
- Minimum 15 to 18 years of post-qualification experience in litigation \n
- Around 10 years with a reputed law firm handling commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters \n
- Around 5 years in a corporate legal department managing litigation independently \n
- Must have Handled large litigation and appeared before High Courts and Supreme Court, tribunals, and arbitral forums \n
- Exposure to sectors such as power & energy, large Indian conglomerate \n
- Experience with public interest litigation, and regulatory investigations \n
- Track record of managing large dispute portfolios and coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters

\n Lead enterprise-wide litigation strategy, manage critical disputes and external counsel, and proactively mitigate legal risk through strategic advisory and early resolution ResponsibilitiesLitigation Strategy & Management
\n Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategy across Group companies
\n Handle high-stakes commercial disputes, arbitrations, regulatory proceedings, and appellate matters
\n Directly manage critical cases before Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, SAT), and other quasi-judicial bodies
\n Oversee consumer disputes, labour and employment litigation, and contractual claimsExternal Counsel Management
\n Coordinate and supervise external law firms and senior counsel
\n Negotiate fee arrangements and monitor legal spend
\n Ensure quality and timely delivery from external advisorsRisk Mitigation & Advisory
\n Provide strategic advice to business units on litigation risk and dispute avoidance
\n Review contracts and transactions from a dispute's perspective
\n Develop early case assessment frameworks and settlement strategies
