Job Description
- Leadership role with a great visibility with the leadership \n
- Listed Entity in the manufacturing sector \n\n
- Play a strategic, hands-on leader role as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development \n
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and adjacent markets. \n
- Lead M&A opportunities: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and synergy analysis. \n
- Engage with investment bankers, consultants, rating agencies, and other advisors. \n
- Prepare Board-level presentations and support strategic decision-making. \n
- Drive post-transaction integration and operational synergies. \n\n
- 10-15 years in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, or management consulting. \n
- MBA (IIM/ISB/Top Global B-School) + Finance/Engineering background preferred. \n
- Proven track record in evaluating and executing deals (₹100-500+ cr). \n
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and leadership skills. \n
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, promoter-led listed company environment.
